Original Products TRD EST has obtained all necessary approvals, accreditation and certifications by relevant government ministries and international agencies. In the limited span of 5 years, Original Products TRD EST expanded the international ecosystem by exporting to Gulf countries.

Our Plant is designed to meet the objectives of high quality meat (cattle, buffalo, sheep and goat), by products and rendered products with a holding capacity of 800 cattle, 400 sheep and goat. Daily production capacity of plant is 200 tons of meat (170 tons beef and 30 tons mutton), in both Frozen & chilled categories adhering to international quality and standards.

High and consistent standards begin with careful procurement of locally raised best cattle breeds from a network of over 300 farmers region wide. Qualified vets develop regular vaccination and medication schedules of the livestock to ensure that the animals are disease free and quality meat is delivered. Detailed postmortem coupled with microbiological testing and constant quality checks at each step are carried out to preserve the quality of meat. In lines with Temple Grandin philosophy, the humane treatment of animals is ensured by maintaining strict ethical practices. International breed development in Pakistan is also on the agenda. Plant has a 3 day animal holding area spread on 30 acres for animal welfare and stress reduction to calm the animal down. Traceability and tagging of animals is done on regular basis using Pakistan Farming Mechanics to disregard the meat that is not up to the required standards.

The management sees to it that quality standards at each step are not only met but out done. Throughout the process, climatized environment is maintained which is in conformance with international levels of chilling and freezing. High voltage electrical stimulation system (HVES) is also incorporated to ensure the tenderness of meat. Living to environmental friendly brand repute, Original Products TRD EST has developed a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). Systematic approach to sanitation and process control is also included, namely Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is applied along with proper Halal Certification & relative accreditation for export business. Furthermore, to preserve freshness the meat, the product is offered in vacuum packaging to increase shelf life of the products up-to 90 days.
